This is old stone considered to have 400 years. House is located in a quiet and natural environment. The environment is perfect for walking, hiking , biking and windsurfing . we rent the bicyclesle and windsurf ..Suitable for children because there is no traffic. Beach is 500 m from the house .14 km from the town of Labin. Nearest restaurant is 1 km from the house and shop 2 km from the property. 2 km from the house is a diving club.
