Description

Our premises offer a nice breeze, especially in the evening. From our roof-terrace you can also enjoy the great view of the city of Accra. Furthermore, owing to the numerous trees and flowers, our tropical garden is the perfect place for you to relax. A hammock, sun-chairs and sun-beds provide your comfort. A barbeque-grill get- together can be organized under our african Almond-tree. A grill and accessories are provided. The premises is about 4000 m², safe and well protected.

A free airport pick-up is offered for a minimum stay of 7 nights. We speak both English and German and we are always at your disposal for any inquiry or information at any time during your stay.

It is our pleasure to offer you three beautiful self-contained Apartments with the following amenities:

(1) Coconut Bay Apartment (150 m²): 3 double bedrooms

are equipped with an AC on request for 3,00 € per room/ night, or 6€ for 24 hours.

1 bath- en suite, 1 family-bathroom , 1 living-room,

1 kitchen, 1 private veranda and 1 roof top terrace.

(2) Royal Palm Apartment (75 m²): 2 double bedrooms are

equipped with an AC on request for 3,00 € per room/ night or 6€ for 24 hours, 1 bathroom,

1 kitchen, 1 private veranda.

(3) Rose Apartment (65 m²): 2 double bedrooms are

equipped with an AC on request for 3,00 € per room/ night or 6€ for 24 hours on request),

1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 private veranda.

We offer both breakfast and dinner for local and continental cuisine on request for only 7€ (breakfast) and 10€ (dinner).

Laundry services are offered on request for 3€ on request.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Birgit (the owner) a message.

If Birgit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
