Description

Villa Fiola is situated in a beautiful lagoon inside the island of Pag, 7 km from Novalja, in the village Zubovici. It is built out of stones and can host up to eight persons. The air conditioned indoor area is 177 m2. A garage of 50 m2 that is suitable for two cars and one outdoor parking space are available. From each room in the house you have an amazing view of the lagoon. The ground floor consists of a big spacious area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with cable TV, radio and free Wi–Fi. This area is connected to a large sheltered terrace with panoramic view. There is also a daily toilet, a pantry and a separated bedroom with wardrobe and intimate bathroom.
The ground floor sheltered terrace is equipped with deck chairs and a table for serving meals. This is a perfect place to have a quiet breakfast, morning coffee or an outdoor evening meal. In the front yard there is a tradicionaly built stone barbecue with a built in sink and an outdoor shower made out of stone.
On the first floor there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms connected with big shaltered balcony. From there you have fantastic view on the lagoon and sourroanding islands.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pier where you can find our ocean kayak, which is available to our guests at any moment (experience a morning kayak trip in a peaceful lagoon).
