Just a short drive away from Disney, this fantastic 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome boasts a private splash pool and is nestled in the Paradise Palms Resort. The property features delightful Nemo and Mickey themed twin rooms, and it's conveniently located just a brief stroll from the clubhouse. Professionally furnished, this 2-story townhome offers a screened private pool and a covered lanai for relaxation. After a thrilling day at the attractions, unwind by the pool while the kids enjoy splashing around (optional pool heat available at $30/night, recommended October through March).
The bedrooms include an upstairs master with a king-sized bed and private bath, along with another king bed on the first floor with a shared bath. Upstairs, two themed bedrooms await, sure to captivate the kids – a Nemo and shark twin bedroom with 1 trundle bed, and a Mickey twin room, also with 1 trundle. These themed rooms share a bath and are equipped with flat panel TVs. With trundles and a sofa sleeper, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
The living area offers comfort with a sofa sleeper and a large flat panel TV, complemented by free WiFi internet, cable TV, and DVD player. The dining area seats 6 around the table, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter, perfect for family and friend gatherings.
Entertaining is a breeze in the fully stocked, open stainless steel and granite kitchen. Watch the culinary magic unfold from one of the 4 bar stool chairs at the beautiful granite counter.

Beautiful townhouse in a perfect community!! The home was neat, clean and had tons of amenities. We had a party of 6 and everyone was amazed. The kids loved having their own rooms and our own pool!!!! The spacious kitchen and dining area were perfect for breakfast which helped save money. Owner was easily accessible and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will recommend to friends and family or to anyone visiting. We can't wait to come back!!! Jeffrey J.
Fantastic & Spacious house to be in/at while visiting Disney. My kids (6 yr. old twins) loved the Disney themed rooms, the private pool as well as the club house movie theater and larger pool too. So convenient to head to the parks for the day with but also it was great come back to relax and swim, or rest. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy DISNEY and would stay here again. The Owners/their agent) were completely pleasurable to deal with. Stay here - you won't be disappointed. We are very happy with our unit #3085 beach palm. The unit is spotless and has everything we need in the kitchen. Also the whole property is nice and clean. We had a few issues with the TV and slow draining sink. They were taken care of in a timely manner. Richard M.
This is a beautiful, spacious and clean townhouse that my family and I enjoyed spending our week's vacation in. However, there were some issues. A couple of the smaller kitchen appliances were not working and a couple of the blinds of the sliding door leading to the patio would come off very easily. We also had some issues with the guest toilet, but with a quick phone call the company took care of this issue right away. Everything was as we expected. The house was clean and very nice. Our family enjoyed all the amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids room were perfect. The pull out couch in the living room was also great and comfortable. If i could say something not so great it would be that The bigger beds weren't comfortable other that great pillows. We surprised our kids with a Disney vacation for Spring Break 2022 and stayed at 3085 Paradise Palms. The kids loved their Disney themed rooms and the private pool in the back! The space was great and allowed everyone to be comfortable for the nights and the moments we were in the house. We had one issue with the cable and the management team worked late in the night to get it resolved which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay for my family! Marsha G.
The resort is beautiful! Our house is a great size, lovely setup, perfect little pool and we back onto the beautiful pond!!! Everything was great when we got here aside from a couple small things - we didn't have some of the amenities listed in the email but they quickly fixed that

Response from the manager Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience, however, the resort had changed gate codes and did not pass on to the property owners/managers yet as it was an unexpected change. Regarding the door code, I actually took this call and the reason there was a time lapse was the guests were not at the unit when they called, I had to wait for them to return to the unit and got them in the unit right away after walking them thru the correct way to enter the door code and turn the handle (directions were emailed prior). Thank you
