This cottage is located directly on desirable East Sandwich Beach. It has 2 bedrooms and two full baths and central a/c. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom.. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The washer and dryer are located in the basement through the bulkhead entrance. Enjoy the brand new large oceanside covered screen room with high ceilings and views of the water.Easy sloping access to your spot on the beach. Excellent location for families or a romantic get a way. Walk outside and follow your private sandy path to your own piece of East Sandwich Beach. Owners have made this cottage one of the beach's best! Picnic table inside the screen room. A quiet beachside association.
