Sandwich Boardwalk and Marsh views from this welcoming and comfortable Ranch with a wrap around deck. This home is centrally located next to Town Neck Beach, the Cape Cod Canal, Sandwich Boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Standing on the deck at the back of the house, you have a wonderful view of the Sandwich Boardwalk that travels through the Marsh to the beach.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twins, and lower level offers another bedroom area with a double bed. Fenced in yard & large deck. This home has central a/c and a mini fridge for tenants use in the basement for extras!
Dog allowed with approval.
