1.5 kilometres up the strip off Salida 18. An older character apartment in a fairly quiet street (except late July and August) with street parking as well as private car park. Bloque J-B Puerto Bello on Calle Anticitera. Steps up apartment. There’s a Balcony with table and 4 chairs, Lounge with 1 2 seater sofa and an L shaped 3 seater corner sofa, wi.fi., TV Spanish channels, dvd player, open plan kitchen with under-counter fridge with small ice box, 4 ring gas hob, microwave with grill, toastie machine, air fryer, full size kettle, 4 slice toaster, 2 person breakfast bar etc There is NO OVEN ( the nearby restaurants are all great!) Bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There are 2 INTERCONNECTING bedrooms each with king size bed. Across the rear garden to the Mar Menor Beaches and across the road at the front to the Med beach. Car park or street parking but it does get busy in July and August especially. Within close walking distance also to a choice of very good restaurants, bars, shops, chemist, baker, hairdressers, takeaway. 2 Small supermarkets nearby and a Large supermarket half a mile away. Boat trips nearby, also pedalo and banana boat, kite surf, jet ski hire. Car not essential. Bus stop close with regular services all along the strip and further. Excellent for walking, bird spotting, fishing, horse riding and a selection of golf courses within 5 - 15 min drive. Upon arrival, €60 to be handed to key holder for cleaning. Sleeps 4. And there's free wifi in the apartment. Not suitable for disabled or toddlers due to steps. Balcony open plan with next apt.

Y es muy extraño que la mayoría de las otras críticas no se parezcan a las tuyas, ¿no crees? Son principalmente positivos y nadie ha dicho nunca que tenían que limpiar cuando llegaron. ¿Por qué no te quejaste conmigo o con Trip Advisor cuando llegaste por primera vez, SI estaba tan sucio? Muy extraño. Hay muchas fotografías en el sitio web para que las vea antes de reservar y estoy seguro de que los futuros inquilinos estarán de acuerdo con la mayoría de las críticas positivas. Response from the owner I'm sorry that you experienced problems with parking. I'm afraid that it does get very busy in August as that is when Spanish people go there en-masse for their holidays. I understand that you were late arriving which is why the keyholder was not there to meet you but telephone instructions were given by her as where to find the key. There are instructions present for the tv. I do make it clear that there is no air-con, only 5 fans, and I do describe the fridge as being an under-counter fridge in the advert. My intention is that holiday makers support the local restaurants (rather than cook at home) because they rely on tourists' custom to survive. Having said all that, I'm sorry that you were disappointed in some aspects, even though I said you could take your little dog.
