Description
This is our home from home in the sun and we have tried to furnish it and provide amenities as such. 3 bedroom, luxury modern villa with private heated swimming pool, two garden spaces, atrium, sea and mountain views. Very peaceful location 5 minutes drive from beaches and the centre of Caleta. Ideal for family, beach, golf or pure relaxation holidays.Located within a sand wedge of the 18th tee on the Salinas Golf Course which stages PGA tournaments. Next door is The Fuerteventura Golf Course which has hosted the Spanish Open. Walking distance from sandy beaches and the town's main shopping centre, and a further 5 mins from all of the restaurants and shops that cater for all tastes.Fuerteventura is small enough that the whole island can easily be explored during your stay, with windsurfers/kite surfers paradise to the north and south, and stunning scenery whichever direction you take.Whatever time of the year you are here, the climate is warm all year round (the average year round temperature is 22c).

All rooms are large and airy and bedrooms have fans.
TV is 42" plasma, DVD player & stereo (surround sound). We have a large selection of books and DVDs, a Nintendo Wii with balance board and two controllers (inc. nunchucks) and a few games (bring your own favourites).
Games cupboard with large selection of board games, cards etc.
The following are all included in the rental price:

Outside there are six loungers as well as a rattan sofa patio set with coffee table, patio table and chairs and BBQ.
There is a raised patio outside the living room and two grassed areas, one at the front and one at the back. Local palms & plants have been put in to provide colour and a pleasant surrounding.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by grass and the pool has a roman end for easy access - the depth of the pool is from 1.15m in the shallow end to 1.5m, plus outside shower.

“Fabulous villa...ideal for a relaxing family holiday”
Amazing villa just outside Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura. Really easy to get to…just 15 minutes from the airport. Sue and Andy made booking the villa such an easy process...we even got an e mail before we arrived advising us to pack our coats as the nights were cold. They could not have been more helpful when we arrived; showing us around the house, leaving a lovely welcome pack for us and telling us about shops, restaurants etc nearby. The villa had everything you would need. The heated pool was a real treat for everyone....a great size and clean and wonderfully maintained. There were comfortable sun loungers and we really enjoyed reading our books and listening to music. There were lots of restaurants in the town and Pieros was a favourite for the teenagers. We hired a car which meant we could get into town quickly. You could walk into town along the seafront and taxis from the town were less than 5€. We had an issue with the WiFi mid week but Andy came round and was able to sort the issue out really quickly. We had a beautiful week in the sun in this very comfortable and homely villa. We are very much looking forward to a return trip!

“Fantastic relaxing holiday”
Can't thank sue and Andy enough for letting us stay in villa brisas. Welcome pack was a great find and the fact they let us stay past check out time as we have young kids and our return flight wasn't until the evening just shows how accommodating they are. Would definitely stay there again but in a cooler month as there was a heatwave mid October and the villa kept the high temperatures inside although the atrium room had a lovely breeze through it. Thanks again!

“Excellent property with lovely owners and great quiet location for easy access to the local beaches Etc and whole island”
Villa Brisas is a lovely cared-for property with much thought and preparation given by the owners Andy & Sue for their guests. The villa is truly a home from home and is exactly as described, with the added luxuries of a fabulous pool (& great weather). From the beginning of our holiday we were met by Andy & Sue who provided a much appreciated welcome pack of essentials (coffee/bread Etc), and they continued to be invaluable when helping us with our need for advice & in particular electric plugs for charging our gadgets. The location of the villa is on the nice quiet side of calleta, away from the town but only a short walk or 2 min drive. Great access to the entire island if like us you want to explore the north & south beaches & towns (we also recommend the west side for black sand beaches (Ajuy) and unspoilt scenery. A great holiday all-round, we definitely recommend! D & E & kids
