Exclusive residence, beautifully designed 3 bedroom beach front apartment – centrally located in classy residential area of Arrecife sea front, the island's historic capital. A great getaway location for short or long breaks, ideal to relax, watch a sunrise, swim at the golden sand beach and take a leisurely walk along the sea front promenade.
Arrecife Sands has been furnished to a very high standard and can comfortably sleep up to six guests. This beach front holiday home is owned and managed by a family run business Lanzarote Retreats, who pride themselves in offering a bespoke holiday service, tailoring to your specific families requirements.
Located on the main beach, Playa Reducto, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming, water sports and offers one of the best beach's on the island for SUP and snorkeling.
A car is not essential for stays at this holiday apartment, as all the amenities you will need are within walking distance.
It is just a stone's throw from the beach bars, restaurants, play/skate park, sea front promenade and a variety of shops. There is also a Saturday morning Market.
Within a few minutes walk, you will find The 5 * Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa. This is a lovely place to have coffee or dinner on the 17th floor restaurants with views over the whole of Lanzarote.
If you wish to take advantage of a hire car to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer, there is a private parking bay in the basement. You have two entrances to the apartment, either by foot from the gated street promenade or via the electric gate garage. Guest have access to apartment via lift or internal stair case.
This sophisticated apartment has been furnished to a very high standard in a chic, modern style. Floor to ceiling windows from the lounge area offers glorious views over the beach and bay. There is a comfortable leather sofa and a seating area for six guests with flat screen TV, DVD player and WiFi internet connection. The lounge is open plan to the dining area which in turn leads out to the terrace. The spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/breakfast bar has an oven/hob and all necessary small appliances. The outdoor laundry patio is also accessed from the kitchen, giving natural light.
Arrecife Sands has three light and airy bedrooms – the spacious master suite has 180cm wide 4 poster king-size bed, built in wardrobes, floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic beach views, sofa area and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both twin rooms have built in wardrobe and the single beds can be made up as doubles. The second modern bathroom has easy access from the shared hall way.
The price per night is based on up to 2 guests sharing the Arrecife Sands apartment. For up to 6 guests, there is an extra charge of €10 per person per night. Pricing includes the local tax - IGIC at 7%.
NB - Air conditioning is rarely needed in Lanzarote due to a nice sea breeze. On this apartment it is an optional extra, charged as per use. Approx 60 cents to 1€ per hour dependent on setting.
This particular property is a perfect romantic breaks pad. With beautiful panoramic ocean views from the main living area, terrace and master suite, Arrecife Sands apartment is the perfect setting for a honeymoon couple. Short stays are available from 3 nights onwards.
If you use a Wheel Chair, please ask for full information: This apartment is all on one level, has open plan shower and there is a lift up from street level and underground parking. Unfortunately there is a step and small door access to the balcony so a wheel chair can not access the terrace. Door sizes: kitchen 67cm, main door 80cm, all other internal doors 70cm.

During Carnival each year the city becomes alive with fun and some fantastic carnival outfits - I can imagine you loved people watching from the balcony. You are right, Sands Beach is the ideal holiday home to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer in terms of culture and history around the island as it is served well by the road network and the bus station is only down the road too.
