Description

Welcome to the Zureiq Dreams!

This is a lovely house located on the Silver Creek community that backs onto empty land so is not directly overlooked to the rear. There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a games room and a fully screened in, larger than average pool and patio deck.

Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, pantry, large fridge/freezer and high breakfast table that seats two. Moving through to the family living area, there is a dining table which seats four and a comfortable, spacious lounge with 3 seater sofa, loveseat and an armchair, entertainment unit with 36” flatscreen TV, DVD player, cable television and patio doors to the pool area. The double garage has been converted to a games room with multi-purpose pool table, air hockey and table football games. A half bathroom with basin and WC is provided for guest convenience and the master bedroom is downstairs. This consists of queen bed, mirrored armoire, 24” TV on stand and en-suite bathroom with oval tub, single basin, walk in closet and WC. Upstairs there is bedroom 2 which has a queen bed and double closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and a double closet. Family bathroom has single basin, bath/shower and WC. Outside there is a larger than average pool with spacious pool deck, patio table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers.

Grocery stores and restaurants are within 5 minute drive and the Disney attractions are 15 minutes away. Off street parking for 2 cars, free WIFI and long distance international calling

Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home is electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.

We loved the 4 bedroom 2&1/2 bath rental. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. We will definitely look for another home to rent instead of a hotel on our next vacation!
