Scenic views from this beautiful three bedroom, 3.5 bath home with frontage on Ministers Pond. The Cape Cod National Seashore and Bike Trail are nearby. First floor has a formal dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with sliders to the deck, family room, one bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bath with a shower. Second floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath. This bedroom has scenic views of the pond as well. The other bedroom has two twins. There are also 2 full baths, one with a soaker jet tub and one with a shower. The loft area is equipped for fun (Blu-Ray DVD player) and relaxation. There is Wireless Internet and 3 A/C Split systems located in all 3 bedrooms. The back deck provides outdoor eating and relaxing. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. There is a canoe, kayak and paddle boat for tenant use as well. NO Pets Accepted. Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rate: $2330 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * State and Local Taxes Apply * Choice of $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $1250 Security Deposit (refundable). *Tenant provides own bed linens, towels & paper products (unless noted otherwise).
