Newer contemporary Cape style home with three bedrooms and Central A/C located on a quiet oceanside street. There is an open kitchen, dining and living room area with a new 42" flat screen TV. The master bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bath and the washer and dryer are also on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a full bath (with tub) are on the second floor. Very spacious house on a quiet street. National Seashore Beaches ~ 1.5 to 2 miles away. Cape Cod Bike Trail nearby. The homeowner has a dog when in residence, however, does not allow tenant pets.
