This property is less than one mile from Coast Guard Beach ~ voted one of the 10 best beaches in the US and is easily accessed via the nearby bike path. Beautiful wrap around porches with several seating areas having Adirondack and rocking chairs and a dining table and chairs. The first floor offers a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen with marble counters, built in fridge and a TV area. There are two bedrooms on the first floor ~ one with a queen bed and a private screen porch with seating and another bedroom with a twin bed and there is a shared bath with a shower in the hallway between both bedrooms. Expansive windows on this floor to capture the scenic view of the grounds and nature beyond including Buttonbush Pond. The second floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. There are two guest bedrooms ~ one with a queen and the other with a king. The home features central air conditioning, wireless internet, and streaming TV with on demand movie access. Enjoy the bike trails, nature trails and concerts in the evening at the nearby Seashore Visitors Center or simply enjoy the natural setting of this private enclave.
