Description

Magic at Marbella is a luxury 5 Bedroom home with 3 & 1/2 bathrooms situated on the gated community of Marbella South, and boasts a private pool area with spa and waterfall. The villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and comes with a fully fitted air conditioned games room, also being close to all the essential amenities, you couldn't wish for a better base for a wonderful vacation. A North facing pool ensures long exposure to the Florida sunshine and a highly desirable base for the most discerning of holidaymakers.

We have tried to cater for all your needs with LCD HDTV's in every room plus DVD players, there is also a Nintendo Wii hooked up to the main TV in the family room and a selection of games and DVD's.

Also a patio table that seats 6 comfortably, complete with parasol, 4 reclining seats, along with 2 foot stools and 2 side tables.

Response from the owner What am i supposed to do, leave the water leaking into the kitchen and cause more issues? The equipment was noisy but bearable, and they had to go into a bedroom to check for water leakage as it adjoined the bedroom, and yes it was a tip, dont believe people live like that, never used the closets just piled clothes and fubbish on the floor. I sent pictures of all the damage so she thats a lie, only got away with it because I couldnt provide receipts in time. If you own a rental, dont let these people near it

Response from the owner It is stated that it is a North facing pool, management tried to get someone to clean the carpets, but it was short notice for them. Yes the house has been repainted on the outside a different colour, but it is the same house. The pool area does not have room for multiple loungers, that is why there are mainly seats. The vacuum was replaced immediately it was reported and guest was very happy. I did personally meet him and he kept saying not to worry about the carpets as he understood it was difficult to get them cleaned while occupied. The shower is in the process of being replaced, again difficult while occupied, there are 2 other showers available in the house

Response from the owner Myself and my management company phoned and emailed these guests for a full day, without any response, to let them know that the previous guest had flooded the villa, which wasn’t discovered until the morning of their arrival. They were provided with a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom alternative, which they accepted without comment. The only time they complained was after they had left, and I queried them about a damaged blind. Suddenly I was subjected to a torrent of abuse claiming that I wanted to keep their damage deposit and was looking for any excuse to do so. I then mentioned that they had left the house in a bit of a mess, and got a further verbal onslaught. I would have let it go, but due to the hostile reaction, I claimed £30 from their deposit, which they paid without any further protest. Think the previous reviews I have received, and the ones after speaks volumes really
