Welcome to this classic Hilton Head cottage! 2 Bayberry is a 3-bedroom, cottage style home located on South Forest Beach. Guests here can enjoy a quick leisurely walk to the beach from this fifth-row home. Relax in one of the two living areas, one located on the 1st floor and the one located on the second level of the home. This 1st floor offers an additional sitting area, completely furnished, perfect for those wishing to curl up with a good book or catch a quiet afternoon siesta! Guests will feel right at home in the dining area which offers seating for 8. Meals can be prepared with ease in the kitchen, complete with all appliances and accessories. A closet furnishes a washer and dryer in the kitchen area.
The master bedroom is located on the 1st level and is set with a king bed and full bathroom. From here, enjoy access to the pool and spa area outside the home. Fenced in for privacy, enjoy an afternoon relaxing by the pool or a peaceful evening in the soothing hot tub! With generous seating, all will enjoy this outdoor setting. Located outside of the fenced-in pool area, guests will embark on the home's courtside area, complete with Adirondack chairs, picnic table, gas grill, and outdoor lighting ~ the perfect spot for a BBQ!
Back inside the home, two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a full bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom is set with a king bed and the 2nd is set with a queen bed. The upstairs living area is also equipped with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. A vacation at Forest Beach is sure to entertain every sort of vacationer. Forest Beach is a center of activity on the Island! Response from the manager Hannah, Thank you for taking the time to review the property for your Grandmother. We apologize that you found the home not to your satisfaction. We try to convey check in time clearly-we have it stated on all of our correspondence and the agreement that was signed that check in time is 4 pm. We maintain this check in time, so the home can be properly cleaned, inspected and ready for your arrival. Unfortunately, when parties enter the property before this time we can not properly perform our jobs, these things can happen. Again, we are sorry for your inconveniences. The hot tub heater had stopped working and had not be able to be repaired before your arrival. We are sorry for this miscommunication, however hot tub heat had not been paid for , so we did not realize this was the only reason you rented the home. For this inconvenience, we refunded your grandmother $ 150.00. Again, we are sorry for the issues you had with the property and we thank you for providing feedback. Management
