2 bedroom spacious fully furnished townhouse with third bedroom and en-suite shower room on lower ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Air conditioning and UK TV. Houses are within a private complex (access through locked gates) with communal climatised pool and landscaped gardens. Family friendly includes full range of baby/toddler equipment for hire ie. stair gates, cots, highchairs, baby/toddler toys, pushchairs, etc to suit all needs, inc. families with twins, triplets or more.

Baby/toddler friendly - extra features i.e. locks on windows, hand-rails on stairs, mesh on balconies. Each has a private garden with lockable gates, decked seating area, own garden furniture. A vast assortment of restaurants and bars are within walking distance, as are shops, expanses of golden sandy beaches, spectacular sea walks and everything else the resort has to offer. Well located to explore island.

A £100 holding fee is required with your booking form to secure your booking. We do provisionally hold dates should you require time to arrange flights etc.

The outstanding balance is required 6 weeks before your arrival date. We also require a £150 key deposit one month prior to travel, which will be returned (subject to satisfactory inspection on your departure) within 2 weeks of you leaving the property.

Payment accepted: bank transfer, Paypal, credit/debit card (stirling/euro), and cheque (£ only)

Changeover day is flexible. If guests are leaving on a changeover day they must vacate the property by 10am, and if arriving on a changeover day, then they can only have access after 2pm. In either case provision can be made for your luggage.

The two bedroom property is set out as follows:
There is a double bedroom with king-size bed, twin bedroom and main bathroom (with bath/shower, bidet, and sink.) on the first floor. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with second dining area, and separate WC. Most rooms are fitted with ceiling fans, but there is also air conditioning in the upper part of the house. The third bedroom, on the lower ground floor, is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The televisions offer UK TV channels 1-5 and are for use with a DVD or video player and (need to take own videos/DVDs, as mainly only children’s videos, and a small selection of DVDs currently available).



One set of towels per person and bedding per room are provided. There will be a mid-stay laundry change for two-week bookings, but further laundry services can be provided on request, at an extra charge. However, the properties do have their own washing machine.

There is a private garden accessed through the kitchen patio doors, with lockable gates, decked seating area, own table and chairs, and sunloungers which can be take out by the pool for the duration of your holiday, and fixed clothes dryer. A barbeque is available upon request.
The private complex consisting of a closed rectangle of 48 houses, offers a centrally located heated pool (rectangle with deep and shallow end), poolside showers, and landscaped gardens, which can all be accessed via the individual house private gardens.

Although, I manage the booking process and all communication is with me up until you depart the UK, Pam provides our Meet and Greet service, which means you will be met on your arrival at the property and be given the keys to the property by her. Guests are asked to contact Pam from the airport, so she is able to be sure of arrival time at the property. Pam will be happy to provide you with information on the area and she will be your emergency port of contact should you require assistance during your stay.

“Lovely apartment, pool & complex - excellent location”

We stayed at the apartment end of July beginning of August and found it to be really nice. The complex was very private and secure and there was no noise and not too many people around. The pool was lovely and clean and the kids loved swimming every day. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms was great and the beds were really comfy, even the kids slept late every day! Although our children were 7 and 12 we didn't need to use any of the safety facilities but I would recommend the apartment to families with young children, toddlers/babies. The lady who met us when we arrived was very efficient and helpful and the transfer was great, as it's only 5 mins from the airport. The location of the apartment is excellent as its situated about 10-15 minutes walk into town and to the beach. In the town there are quite a lot of bars and restaurants to choose from, our favourites were Fado Rock, Cambrinus and the American Wild West. It cost between approx 1.50 and 2.50 euros for a pint of beer. The beach was nice and big but quite rocky so the children weren't bothered for paddling there. We did find a better beach though a bit further round the bay infront of the Atlantico shopping centre, which is approx 20-25 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach here is manmade and perfect for children as the water was very gentle and there were no rocks. The Atlantico centre was very nice too, lots of nice shops and a very cheap Spar supermarket. The path that runs along the coast, where all the rocks are, is a lovely walk anytime of the day. This is where you can see and feed the chipmunks! The harbour is also lovely and a bit of a sun trap, as there really isn't any breeze here, it's very sheltered. There are loads of fish here, you can buy some food from the harbour shop to feed them for 1 euro. We really enjoyed our holiday in Costa Caleta and would like to go back again. It made all the difference staying in a lovely spacious apartment rather than cramped into a small hotel room for more or less the same money!!

“Perfect holiday accommodation for a young family!”

This was our first family holiday abroad with two young children - a 3 year old and a 9 month old, and it was fantastic. Booking it was easy, the owner was very quick to respond to emails, extremely helpful and informative. The accommodation was lovely, everywhere you looked, there was equipment for young children to make your life easier, from plastic plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, stair gates, high chairs, cots ....... the list is endless! All I took for my 9 month old was his formula, which made life very stress-free, although I found the pharmacy down the road actually sold the particular brand I use! Also all the shops sold Pampers! In terms of things to do, there are play parks everywhere so my 3 year old was very happy, and the restaurants loved the children, giving them little lollies or sparklers in their desert! The pool was lovely (a little on the cold side so my 3 year old was initially reluctant to get in but once she was in she was fine) and the beach was a 5 minute walk away, with yet another play park! For a small charge, you can choose from a number of toy packages which the owner will have ready for you and also more equipment if needed. We took our own buggy but hired another basic buggy for a day so we could walk round the beautiful coastline, all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this holiday rental to anyone, especially those with small children. We actually came home feeling like we had had a holiday, which is not always easy when you have children :-)
