Description
Nice house located in a very quiet residential area (Casalot Park). The dwelling belongs to a residential area (2000 m2) with 3 pool community, 2 hot tub and a safe area for young children.
The townhouse is integrated by two floors with air conditioning. On the first floor there is the living room (TV, DVD player), an american style kitchen (full equipped: fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, cooktop and all the kitchen staff), a double bedroom with a sofa-bed and a bathroom (shower, a toilet and a basin). Besides there are two private garden. One of them allows the access to the community area. The other one is in front of the house entrance which there is a barbacue and a beautiful area to spend time with your family in a sunny day. Furthermore, you can save your car inside.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One of them have a kingsize bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It is decorated with a modern style. The lucky people who stay in this room could enjoy the awesome sea views from the balcony. The other room is composed for two single beds and includes a balcony with residential area views.

This apartment will ensure you a relaxing and pleasant holiday. Miami-Playa is a town that lies on a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains, in the southern part of the Costa Dorada. Miami Playa is located 120 Km. from Barcelona, 15 Km. from Cambrils and 20 Km. from Salou, a vibrant holiday area with Port Aventura, the biggest Spain funfair.
A coastal line of fully charming beauty: Clean sandy beaches and nice, quiet coves. For the sportive holiday markers Miami-Playa also offers numerous possibilities: Surfing, sailing, water ski, tennis, squash, riding, golf & mini golf.
Miami Playa has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Miami Playa also boasts having some of the most beautiful yet secluded blue flag coves on the Costa Dorada. Further along the coast you come to the Delta Ebro region, a large marshland area home to thousands of migrating & resident bird life.
Bonmont Golf Course one of the finest golf courses in Spain, just five minutes drive car. For the more active travellers there are impressive mountains to be explored nearby within a short drive. Priorato area one of the most exquisite wine and also you can taste a great variety of local foods.
On hot summer days you can always find a refreshing sea breeze over Miami Playa. At an average yearly temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and 300 days of sun, you can enjoy a stay in Miami Playa almost all year round.

One of the town's main attractions are its 12Km of coastline. Its quiet beaches (4) and bays (9) allow visitors to discover a whole world of contrasts, textures and sensations, with fine and golden sand bathed by the warm and crystalline water of the Mediterranean Sea.

If you like the sea, Salou provides a great range of water sport activities. To enjoy a family holiday, we also suggest you visit Port Aventura, a themepark located in the centre of Salou which will enable you to enjoy nature and activities such as a zipwire, climbing wall or paintball.
About shopping in Cambrils:
In Cambrils there are shops for all tastes and pockets. There is a huge variety from the most traditional shops to the most modern.
In fashion, you will find the best clothes, shoes and accessories shop on the entire Costa Dorada. From the most renowned brands to the unique shops dedicated to small designers who make their own clothes.
In jewellery and costume jewellery, Cambrils has great artists and artisans who constantly surprise with their unique and original pieces. And, of course, souvenir shops that will make it easy for you to buy that special something for your family and friends.
About us:
We are a young couple and the owners of the townhouse. We bought the house on 2007, since we like spend our vacations close to the Mediterranean Sea. Miami Beach offers the opportunity to do several activities like kayaking, fishing, diving and others. Although we love go there on holidays, we are living in Barcelona city for job and for that reason we have decided to rent the house some time on summer.
We will give you all the information about Miami Beach and the activities that you can do. Before coming here we will send you maps, information about how to rent a car and information where to go. And we will answer every question you have, because we would like you to enjoy here your time. See you soon!!
