Description

The villa is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home which features a large private south facing pool and spa with conservation view plus fully air conditioned rooms and TV's and DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms. Please state whether you would require POOL HEAT for the duration of your stay when you make the initial enquiry.

The home is on the superb Emerald Island Resort and close to all major roads and famous Florida attractions including Walt Disney World only 10 minutes away.

Restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes of the resort.

Whether catering for a large family or two families or just two people the villa is an ideal base to discover all that Florida has to offer.

A car is the easiest form of getting around the local area with taxis and Uber service also available if required. Details can be obtained from the resort clubhouse or please enquire with the owner for further information.

During residence at the villa any questions regarding any aspect of your stay at either the villa or Emerald Island Resort can be asked to our local Florida management company who will do their best to assist you in every way. There is also a 'concierge' desk at Emerald Island Resort where the staff members will assist on various aspects of your vacation.

NOISE - we know you're on vacation, but if you could please keep any noise to a minimum between the hours of 11:00 pm and 07:00 am, other guests and neighbours would really appreciate it.
TRASH - proceedures for trash collection on the resort are very strict and must be carried out correctly and appropriately. Instructions for this will be provided within the villa information package.

“Near Disney, and easy access”

Nice villa with fine location, very close to Disney, outlet malls, several supermarkets and many restaurants. It is located in an secure gated community with easy access. The house was just as the photos show, but a little dated. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The beds are firm and comfortable, but the pillows were awful. There was soap to wash your hands and toilet paper enough for a day or two, but you need to bring shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We stayed 6 and had plenty of room, but I guess 8 would be a bit crowded. But all in all, the price match the rental.
