Villa La Canela at Salobre Golf Resort has a large private pool, with children's pool area available for guests, 3 bedrooms, and a large garden. It is located in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes drive from the beaches around Maspalomas.

At VillaGranCanaria we offer this fantastic holiday villa with a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement). Villa La Canela is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs. The kitchen of this holiday home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and carefree experience. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the spacious garden and porch have areas for outdoor dining, along with a magnificent barbecue and rest areas.

Without a doubt, Villa La Canela is designed for our most demanding clients, being one of the most special properties in all of Salobre. Villa La Canela is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.

We are really in love with Salobre Golf Resort; therefore, we encourage you to let yourself be seduced by this beautiful corner. The Salobre Golf Resort is an isolated area for more tranquillity and relaxation, but at the same time it is only 10 minutes by car from Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short distance!

Pool Features

Rectangular-shaped infinity type, roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 10 metres long, 5 metres wide and 1,45 metres deep. The shallow pool is separate from the main one.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.

Late check in available and on request.

Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.

Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).

A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.

Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

A dog is accepted with 100€ fee/stay

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
