This adorable, updated and meticulously maintained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom quintessential Chatham vacation cottage has fantastic views of Nantucket Sound. This rental is only 2/10ths of a mile to Forest Beach and Pleasant Street Beach. (The rental does not include access to the beach shown in the photos; the photos are to depict the views from the cottage only.) Amenities include window AC units in each bedroom, cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, furnished deck, both gas and charcoal grills and an enclosed outdoor shower. 2 Cars Max. Taxes and Fees apply. NO PETS / NO SMOKING / LINEN OPTION AVAILABLE

Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback. We are also very fond of this property and are thrilled that you enjoyed your vacation. It's a very special place and we will be very happy to see you again next year! We agree it would be nice to just walk down the path (100 yrds.) to the beach however, you may not have noticed, but there is access only 1/10th of a mile away and then the public beaches which are only about 2/10ths - 3/10ths of a mile away.
