The Owners
Kevin is an international school educator and administrator from Louisville, Kentucky, USA; Chelly is a web developer from Bulacan in the Philippines. We’ve been married for ten years and enjoy spending time with our children (almost always!). This condo is our home (we are not high-end property investors), so you become part of our family. If you need anything, you will be dealing us directly, so be assured that we will do our utmost to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.
Note: Kevin loves animals but has allergies, so strictly NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We seek mature renters who will treat our home as if it’s their own. Smoking is restricted to the balcony (which has an awesome view!).
