This cozy and modern 50 square meters (540 square feet) apartment in Sarajevo is located on the border of quiet neighborhoods of Cengic Vila and Buca Potok. Newly built and furnished in 2010, it consists of:

:: 1 bedroom (sleeps two on a king-sized bed, with a spacious wardrobe, an iron and ironing board). This room has a smoke detector.

:: 1 x living room (sleeps two on a pull-out sofa), comes with a Samsung 42 in LCD TV with 20 basic local TV channels.

:: fully equipped kitchen (gas and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Braun coffeemaker and kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with 2 free coffee cartridges per day of your stay, toaster and blender, FREE ground coffee, sugar, tea and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, spices, etc)

:: bathroom with shower, running-water heater (NO limited capacity bulky electric boilers often found in the Balkans - in this apartment you can take showers as long as you like), washer/dryer, hairdryer, FREE towels, laundry washing powder and softener, as well as basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, shaving foam, disposable razor, feminine pads/liners, basic pain reliever medicines, etc). First Aid box is located in the bathroom.

To keep the air fresh for everyone, this is a no-smoking apartment and we kindly ask all guests to obey this rule. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

Guests have access to all parts of the apartment, with key and three locks for maximum security - guests are on their own.

We welcome guests to hand over keys and show them utilities for 20mins, then guests are on their own with 24hr helpline.

Getting around

Travel to city center is simple, safe and convenient. Bascarsija, Sebilj, numerous museums, Old Town, city mosques, churches and the synagogue are all within an easy reach. You can travel around Sarajevo by: /-/ City center: by car/taxi 12 mins (approx. 3.5 EUR taxi ride one way) or walk 10 min+tram/bus 15 mins (0.8 EUR for ticket one way) nearest station: Otoka ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)ft - 10 mins walk). /-/ Bus&Rail station: by taxi 7 mins (approx 3 EUR one way) / or on foot 25 mins /-/ Sarajevo International Airport: by taxi 10-20 mins depending on traffic (approx 7-10 EUR one way)

Interaction with guest

Upon arrival, guests are greeted at the address and have a short (20-minute) on-boarding about the Apartment and the area. You will be given a set of keys and shown how to operate different amenities inside the apartment. After that, guests are on their own. The owner is available 24hrs a day via different communication channels and can deal with any questions, enquiries or issues fast either in person or through a network of dedicated agents in Sarajevo.

If Vladimir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
