Response from the owner If you think this 8 year old condo is somewhat dated, there were very few new resorts in recent years built with high quality materials and craftsmanship. Our superior 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms villa is priced to give our travelers the best value near Disney Theme Parks, as Reunion Resort & Club rent out their own such same villas for more than $350 per night, and nearby comparable Disney-owned vacation condos would be near $1,000 per night.
