Welcome to this breathtaking penthouse in Peninsula Vallarta! Our four-bedroom, two-story, 5200-square-foot penthouse features jaw-dropping views from every room.

The two-story atrium is the crown jewel of our home, with sweeping, unobstructed ocean views and a 270-degree, wrap-around terrace overlooking the ocean, marina, and mountains.

The master bedroom has a king bed, huge deck, walk-in closet, five-piece bath, and 52" home theater. The ocean and marina bedrooms also have king beds, whilst the mountain bedroom has two full-size beds. Each bedroom offers a killer view, en-suite bathroom, and TV.

We offer the opulence of a villa and the convenience of a downtown condo. Our home is located between downtown and the marina, an easy five-minute drive in either direction.

Amenities include wireless Internet, two ultra-premium home theaters, and a multi-room music system. The Peninsula is Puerto Vallarta's most prestigious development, and our guests enjoy full use of the pools, beach, spa, gym, lounges, and private movie theater.

Getting around

Taxis are cheap and plentiful, and you can get anywhere in central Vallarta for 50-100 pesos (US $3-5). The public bus system is another handy option. Any bus that says "Hoteles" will run in front of our building. Bus fare is 7.5 pesos. You are certainly welcome to rent a car and use our parking space in the garage, but taxis are so convenient and inexpensive that I don't recommend a rental car.

Interaction with guest

I am happy to entertain any questions whatsoever about Puerto Vallarta and/or the condo: amenities, restaurant recommendations, etc. During your stay, your primary contact person will be our property manager, who will meet you for both check-in and check-out. In the unlikely event of any on-the-ground problems, the property manager and the full-time building staff will speedily rectify the situation. The building also has a concierge who can assist you with dinner reservations, concert or theater tickets, golf or tennis reservations, snorkeling excursions, etc.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur a $100 fee.

Renters pay for electricity out of the $1500 deposit. This is quite standard in Puerto Vallarta.

If Bryan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
