Description

Old historical building. The Apartment is new renovated. Stay in downstown but with a nice view to a cute little green garden and roses. Nicest tourist-atraccions of Stuttgart only a few minutes away!. 3 Bedrooms, 2 of them with superb kingsize beds and one with a 1.40 x 2 meter Bed. One Bedroom is in Suite (shower). The other twos (on the garden side) share a little bathroom also with shower. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Very well equipped kitchen (but you have also the phone numbers for you to order sushi, or pizza :)). Nice table for dinner and a cozy little living room with a TV and a appleTV to see internet-movies in any language. Washing and Drying machine in the Apartment. Wifi. Towels and Linen included.You can forget about the car on this location! Everything is close by!

Smoking is allowed only outside at the balcony.
Pets are allowed just with previos advise and if they are never using beds or sofas or other furniture, and are very clean.
Partys are not allowed.
Maximum 7 guests allowed.
Registration Form has to be filled previus arrival and you need to send also a passport copy with picture to us.
Parking is not included, but you find parkingplaces on the street. At the moment the city of Stuttgart is charging 7,20 € per day per car.

How do damage deposits work?
