This is how we, while aimlessly exploring the island of Jamaica on an anniversary retreat, unexpectedly discovered the spectacular view at Ladywood Villa.

So, whether you are coming to Jamaica in search of true relaxation, complete escape or exhilarating adventure, Serendipity will offer unpredictable and delightfully pleasant discoveries as well.

This villa is newly remodeled with a pleasant balance of elegance, and comfort. The already spectacular views have been improved to 180 degrees, allowing you to see the earth's curve. Serendipity is well appointed with 6 bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), two powder rooms, a media room and a game room and can sleep twelve guests. Your varying moods for solitude or socialization are aptly met with a variety of lounging, sitting and gathering areas, both indoors and out.

Image your first day in paradise; it begins while you are still asleep, the cook or butler quietly places pots of steaming Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, or tea on the veranda or outside your bedroom door. While you lounge, fully enchanted by the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea, and the morning melodies of the song birds, your full breakfast is prepared and then graciously served when all guests are ready. After breakfast, the gardener shows you the grounds with it lush variety of flowering plants and fruit trees. You will likely see a Doctor Bird (Jamaica's famed humming bird) sipping nectar from a flower; taste a ripe exotic fruit right off the tree; or have a coconut water right from its shell. Unobtrusively, your chambermaid and laundress are caring for every detail of your bedroom and bath - providing fresh linens and flowers, returning your neatly-folded laundry, and turning down your bed for the evening. The gardener has prepared the pool and deck for a cool refreshing dip, and the butler stands ready to serve you a tantalizing libation from the bar, while you bask in the warmth of the tropical sun. Our Staff will certainly spoil you as soak in the beauty and rhythm of Jamaica.

Hiring a private driver and van provides the easiest and most convenient way way to travel in Jamaica. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for a private van with full-time driver in a clean, modern 15-seater van.
