Exclusive Villa. Have the entire 8,500-sq. ft. property all to yourselves. Each villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two half baths, an airy living room, a spacious dining area, game rooms, and a wide veranda that provide plenty of space for up to 16 guests.

Private Pool and Cabana. Privacy is never an issue with Villa Serenity, as only you have access to your private pool and cabana. Want an al fresco dinner? The outdoor deck has plenty of space for everyone, while the garden is perfect for intimate gatherings.

Private Beach Access. At Villa Serenity, guests have private access to the cool waters of the Caribbean and the powdery white sand of Puerto Seco just a short walk away from the villa.

The villa is fully staffed with a house manager, chef, butler, bartender/mixologist, housekeeper, and groundskeeper. On arrival, you'll be greeted by the villa manager and introduced to your staff. Our friendly, professional (but never intrusive) staff means you're guaranteed exceptional hospitality and 5-star service throughout your stay! - The chef will do your grocery shopping; he will pre-purchase your first few meals and pantry staples and then meet you to discuss your menu choices. You may accompany him to the stores or give him cash and taxi fare. - The housekeeper/laundress will take care of all bedroom and bathroom details, provide fresh linens and flowers, and return your neatly-folded laundry. - The butler will serve.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cavel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
