-Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor has a queen-size bed, cable TV and a shared full bath. The other is upstairs and offers cable TV , a king-sizebed, and a large soaking tub in the bathroom.

-Two additional bedrooms, each with two twin-size beds.

-An additional hall bath

-Family room with sectional sofa, flatscreen cable TV, and DVD/VHS player

-Kitchen equipped with full size appliances and a microwave, small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware

-A full sized washer and Dryer, located upstairs

-Newly renovated with tile floors

-Tile floors in Kitchen, Dining and Living areas

There is a $20per home per day resort fee charged upon arrival to the resort.

•Full-service clubhouse offering restaurant, sports bar, game room, fitness center, Internet café, gift shop, and day spa

•24-hour check-in and security service.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
