Spacious, fully equipped, centrally heated ground floor apartment with large west facing terrace overlooking the mountains. On a quiet road, approx 5 minutes walk from the busy village centre where you will find the Telecabina, shops, numerous bars, restaurants, spa hotels, swimming pool and gyms open for public use. Wonderful choice of ski slopes for all abilities in the Gran Valira accessed from the Soldeu Telecabina.

Fantastic range of walks in Spring & Summer plus mountain biking and other adventure activities on offer.

Ground floor apartment, easy access from street (one small step) and lift from basement car park. Rental includes one parking space in secure underground car park, not suitable for large 4x4 vehicles. More parking available on the quiet road outside apartment block, subject to parking restrictions. Small supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment, where you can buy fresh bread every day.

“Very nice apartment”

The apartment was nice and clean and with free wifi. Lifts, shop, bars and restorants are very close. Place for one car was available in the underground car parking. Be careful when parking car on the street, as fine may be charged. That's better to check where you can park your car with the locals.
