Située dans une résidence privée et sécurisée à 16 km d'Alger centre, Ain Benian

El Djamila anciennement la madrague, avec gardien, pied dans l'eau et accès direct à une crique.

Idéal pour vos vacances en famille, voyage d'affaires, déplacement sur Alger.

Toute une maison de très haut standing pour le prix d'une chambre hôtel.

L'été :

Pêcher et manger des oursins frais sur sa terrasse, avec son accès à l'eau à partir de la maison. Un système d'éclairage vous permet de pêcher nager et vous amuser de jour comme de nuit. Possibilité d'amarrer un bateau ou un jet ski pour des ballades en mer à partir de la maison, à deux pas des clubs de plongée sous-marine, des restaurants et leur spécialité poissons. Sans oublier la proximité du petit port de la Madrague, de ses pécheurs qui se feront un plaisir de vous vendre les poissons tout juste démaillés de leurs filets.

La maison est entièrement équipée, un confort exceptionnel vous y attend. Celle-ci est construite de telle façon qu'elle a pour seul horizon la mer.

Bien au chaud dans une maison ou le confort et les équipements sont prévus à cette effet, venez vous ressourcer au grès des vagues derrière de grandes baies avec double vitrages.
