LOCATION:

A private paradise right in the heart of the action. Located downtown, but once you enter it feels like your own secluded private oasis. Just a few short blocks until you're relaxing on the sandy beaches or heading for a night out on the town! Casa Corona is a luxurious multi-level, 6 bedroom, 8 bath open-air home located in walking distance of the finest restaurants, galleries, and shopping downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Casa Corona showcases classic Hacienda architecture and the finest craftsmanship and authentic decor in the region.

No car is needed, within walking distance to most everything. Taxi/Uber everywhere throughout the city if you prefer. Bus is a safe and authentic experience, too!

Great for large family gatherings, birthdays and anniversaries, couples retreat, corporate retreat, bachelorettes and gatherings. Casa Corona has been the perfect venue for WEDDINGS & EVENTS of all sizes with resources and accommodations to help meet your needs. We can help coordinate vendors and/or provide reliable references. Events must be coordinated with management prior to arrival. Otherwise, if not a pre-arranged gathering this is not a party house, please no loud music and be respectful of your neighbors.

If these policies are not adhered to such as damage to property and belongings, missing items, irresponsible behavior, noise complaints and all other, or if we receive disturbances from the neighbors or property managers, after the first warning you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be given.

Getting around

A car is not needed. You will be within walking distance to everything you may need. And if you wish to travel a bit farther, or simply don't want to walk, taxi's and UBER's are everywhere, as well as the bus line which is very safe, and a very authentic experience! We, the owners and my family and young adult women all ride the bus and walk almost everywhere. If you do require a vehicle, street parking is available.

Interaction with guest

Owners will be available during the booking process, but are not located in Puerto Vallarta. Full time property managers work for Casa Corona full time and will be available and in contact prior to your stay to assist with coordinating arrivals/departures, transportation, extra services etc. They will meet you at the property upon arrival to give a tour, go over house rules and how to find/work everything, and issue keys. They will be available and reachable, off-site, anytime during your stay. Between the booking process and planning for your stay to welcoming you to the Casa - our team will be available 24/7 to address any questions or needs you may have. We have a very hands-on approach and strive for guests feeling secure and safe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kayla (the owner) a message.

If Kayla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
