Baan Chuddanip is a private villa located in the convenient and prime location of Cheongmon on the NE corner of Koh Samui. Situated above coconut/cashew plantations with panoramic views of the sea and mountains, the villa ensures privacy, comfort, and style. With a design derived from the tropical architecture of southeast Asia and furnished with all modern amenities, Baan Chuddanip's six ensuite bedrooms, offers large groups an unprecedented holiday experience but is also available for minimum three bedrooms. This unusually large villa (900 sq mt). includes a bar area, a water slide into the 20 meter infinity edge pool, access to the Estate tennis court, and at least five separate seaview indoor/outdoor seating/entertainment areas. There are dining facilities for seating sixteen guests or more either inside or outside under the stars. Facing west, the Villa terraces provide the perfect setting for evening cocktails watching the setting sun at the end of your day.

On the lower pool level there are three private seating areas, a bar/mini kitchen, media/TV area, darts area, and extensive terracing both open and under cover. Up to ten guests can be accommodated in 3 ensuite bedrooms. The top entry level has two ensuite bedrooms and can accommodate 4 guests. The main (middle) Level has a large full kitchen, a combined indoor living room and dining room as well as an additional huge terrace under the stars for more outdoor living. A sixth bedroom is also available at the rear of the villa for very large groups with a separate garden patio and outdoor Balinese style shower. A further three guests can be made comfortable here.

Getting around

If required we can send a minivan to collect our guests at the airport or any port for the standard island rates. Similarly we can organize a van and driver for Island tours, or short trips. It is also easy to walk to the nearest beach Cheongmon which has numerous bars and restaurants and shopping venues. It is about 10 min walk downhill to Cheongmon but slightly more on your return uphill.
