Description

A luxury 4 bedroom pool villa on Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community in Kissimmee, central Florida. The south facing pool overlooks a wooded conservation area, which means the pooldeck is very private and secluded.

The main living area is open plan with lounge area, dining area and kitchen with breakfast area.

There are two double bedded rooms, one having a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom; the other has a queen bed and a bathroom next door to it. The other two bed rooms have two twin beds in them, with a bathroom between them.

There are various games in the garage - a pool table, an air hockey table and a football table game, and for the energetic, there are four bicycles for exploring the local community.

Cumbrian Lakes is an easy 15 minutes drive from DisneyWorld, and Universal Orlando and Seaworld are 30 and 20 minutes away respectively. The beaches of Daytona and/or Cleawater are about 1 and a half hours drive away.

Guests must: -
(1) Adhere to the community's quiet time of 9pm to 9am and not make any noise that might disturb the neighbours between those times.
(2) Not park on the grass.
(3) Put out the trash and recycling bins at the kerbside on the appointed days, as noted in the information booklet, and bring them back at the end of those days.

In addition, guests are must put all their trash and recycling in the relevant bins before they check out. Failure to do so will incur a charge of $75.
