This spacious 5-bedroom villa is located in a small village between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, a 10-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Miami Platja and 300 meters from the center of the resort.

This spacious 5-bedroom villa is located in a small village between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, a 10-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Miami Platja and 300 meters from the center of the resort.

This lovely Catalunya Casas villa allows you peace and tranquility in a quiet suburb, yet is just a short walk from the action and festivities of the village of Miami Platja. With 5 bedrooms (3 double beds, 4 single beds, one additional bed if needed)) and 2 bathrooms, 11 guests can rest comfortably after a long day at the beach under the Spanish sun. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.

Outside the villa, a private pool (3.5m x 6.5m), barbecue, lounge chairs, exterior dining, and parasols set the scene for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday. Inside, a charming living room provides endless opportunities for entertainment including a television, DVD player, books, toys, and games, including a pool table. In the kitchen, you will find any and every kitchen appliance necessary to prepare your own meals for you and your guests including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffeemaker, and toaster. WIFI connection is also available throughout the villa.

Miami Platja is a small town that lies in a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains, in the southern part of the Costa Dorada.

With an average yearly temperature of 18 degrees Celsius and 300 days of sun per year, Miami Platja can be enjoyed year-round. Endless options for both water sports and mountain excursions are available as the villa is nestled between the hills and the beach.

Cleaning Policy:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.

5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
