Description

You'll feel right at home in this cozy Riverfront third-floor walk-up condominium. Enjoy the view from the deck or relax in front of the fireplace.

Enter the foyer with a stacked washer/dryer. Through the foyer and to the right is a full bath and straight ahead, a bedroom with two twin beds. To the left, in the center of the condo, is the spacious, open-concept, living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area offers a 52" flat-screen TV and river sights and sounds. The dining area has seating for six with two additional seats available at the kitchen counter. The deck, with a treed view of the river, is accessed from the living area. On the far side of the living area is the Primary bedroom suite with a king bed, a small television (no cable, bring your own streaming device), and a full, attached bath.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old-fashioned river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

Please note:

This unit provides two parking spaces.

Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is not available.

The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

This unit does not allow pets.

This unit does not have air conditioning.

Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.
