Located in town, it is just minutes to all the restaurants, shops and bars Port Aransas has to offer! The ground floor of this home offers 2 bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom/ living area. The first bedroom, with a King size bed, and bath with a zero entry walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King size bed, walk in closet and shares a Jack and Jill bath with the 3rd bedroom/ living area. The 3rd bedroom is a fabulous bedroom/ living area, with a 60 inch TV and a full kitchen on the lower level and also has a queen size sofa sleeper. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV's. This home offers 5.1 movie theater in both living rooms which include HD, Blue Ray and Apple TV, all with one touch remotes for easy use, flat panel HD TV's from 40" to 70". The second floor has the master bedroom, with a King size bed, and a fabulous bath. The main living room, with a 70" smart TV, powder room and huge gourmet kitchen are also on this level. Up the stairs to the third level, you will find the fifth bedroom. It is a bunk style bedroom with 2 twin over full bunkbeds and a King size bed. There is a full bath with two sinks and one toilet area. There is a 2 car garage for your use.
