With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 315 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its beautiful beaches. 3rd Floor oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. Tastefully decorated and recently updated (kitchen and both bathrooms) in a Carribbean theme, this unit provides the comforts of home and the luxury of vacations in the sun. After swimming in the surf, enjoy outdoor showering areas and an awesome oceanfront pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story complex (includes elevators) located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Response from the manager Carpets are regulary cleaned through out the season, however it is not always possible the have them cleaned between guests checking out and checking in. We were able to schedule Ocean One 315 carpets cleaned on June 22nd.
