Description

Beautiful Bali style pool villa by the sea 3 bedrooms (8 adults to stay) 2 bathrooms living room and European kitchen in Laem Mae Phim, Klaeng, Rayong.

Dining table indoor (8 people) and one on the terrace (12 people).

Private by the the terrace and common pools 100 m from the closest swimming pool and the sea.

Master bedroom have private bathroom, King size double and a sofa bed for 2 persons.

Second bedroom have a Queens size double bed and a single (105cm).

Third bedroom have a King size double bed.

Dining area close to kitchen.

Cleaning and change of sheets & towels every week is included, extra cleaning optional.

Free bicycles and canoe for use.

The Rock Garden Beach resort have 2 swimming pools, a huge park with a lake and a tropical garden.

The resort have also many canals to the ocean and many of the houses are by the sea.

Laem Mae Phim Beach is about 4km from the house and it's a 4km long beach with restaurants, sun chairs and after them only sandy beach for several km.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
