Charming 2 bedroom, 1 full bath (and an outdoor shower) Cape Cod home in a private beach association neighborhood is the perfect summer vacation spot for four or 5 (baby). Enjoy this quaint Cape Cod town in a home with central air-conditioning and an open floor plan including: living, dining, and cooking areas as well as a sunroom, a large outdoor porch, recently remodeled kitchen with dishwasher and granite counters, washer and dryer. This bright beach home includes access to our private beach and Squaw Island that are perfect for sunbathing, boating, swimming, walking, biking, and bird watching. Add to the comfort of this home an outdoor enclosed shower, a large private corner lot backyard and gas cooking grill. This rental is available weekly or monthly through September. Our private Seaside Beach Association beach pass is available for your use. If you prefer a public beach, Craigville Beach is less than a mile away. Near the Kennedy family Compound, President Kennedy's Library and Memorial Park, Hyannis Harbor and boats to Marths's Vineyard and Nantucket. The Melody Tent which is ten minutes away has summer theater and great musical shows with famous entertainers. Boston is 11/2 hours away and Provincetown is one hour away. The National Seashore Park is less than an hour with great hiking, surfing and water sports. Rents are $1000 a week May, $1200 a week in September and October, $1400 a week June, $1600 July and August. No smokers or pets Thank you. Please contact us for more information.

I should have told you that I filled the shelves with bowls, detergent and containers because the previous renters broke it and we didn't hVe time to repair it. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Betsy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
