DECLUTTER. DETOX. DELIGHT. The 2021 season is NOW! STUDIO, ideally for two adults (two double beds). Max. occupancy 4, ideally 2 adults, 2 children. NO PETS. No smoking in unit or on deck (there are designated smoking areas).

Private beach on the bay, a one-room studio between Cape Cod Bay and beautiful, wooded conservation property. Strong morning sun, shade in afternoon, ca 5-minute drive from Provincetown, shuttle bus available to many Outer Cape points, bay view from your deck and window. Studio unit (2 double beds) with four large abutting windows offers airy feel, expansive view; kitchenette, separate vanity area, and bathroom. Walk for miles along the private (deeded access) beach, if it suits you! New decks and stairs (not pictured; 2015) and new septic (2016). Conservation property adjacent; hike, bike, drive or shuttle to many points including Provincetown and ocean beaches. Galleries, winery, artist studios, Highland Light and golf course, classes available at Castle Hill Center for the Arts, PAAM and Fine Arts Work Center. Whale-watching. Etc. etc. etc. There are communal grills and picnic tables for your use. Cable/internet/wifi.

A cleaning/turnover fee of $100 is added to each booking. We request that you supply your own bed and bath linens. If that is not possible, we can supply for an additional $25 fee, but please let us know in advance.

You can get around by car, bike, or the area shuttle, which stops just outside The Pagodas and goes to Provincetown, beaches, markets, and other points of interest.

The beams and window trim are still brown (walls and ceiling are off-white) because they matched/tied in with the previous brown deck and railings, which were cantilevered and less "massive" than the current deck, which is ca 2 yrs old. If Kathryn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
