Description

Apartment is situated on the popular well maintained aparthotel, Santa Maria, which offers a good range of facilities and a central location. Situated in the Torviscas area of Playa De Las Americas only 250m from the beach and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. On the complex guests can enjoy the large freshwater free-form swimming pool with childrens section, and there are ample sunbathing terraces. This studio now has fixed air conditioning.

This apartment is on the ground floor with views of the ocean from the sunny terrace as well as pool views. It has 2 single beds in the sleeping area, sofa bed, soft chair and a flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, in the living area. There is also a dining area and the kitchenette features a washing machine, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. The apartment also has ceiling fans and patio furniture is provided on the terrace.

The apartment was well equipped and in the perfect location. Booking with Karen was easy as she was so helpful as was Sonia. Would definitely book again.

Every amenity is on your doorstep,the apartment was in an ideal position, beds were very comfortable, a lovely powerful shower, will be booking again in the future, a big thank you to karen for your help with ease and communication of booking.

“Lovely apartment”

We stay at the Santa Maria most years, this apartment had all you needed for a base to a lovely location. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had an endless supply of boiling hot water and lots of towels , fans over bed and in lounge were great and the fixed aircon a must. Balcony that got sun from early morning until 4pm. We had a problem with our door lock, but after calling Karen she had it all sorted with in 10mins. We were Met in the apartment by Karen and her daughter who were both lovely and came and changed the beds and towels half through our stay. We ate out at night as there are so many places to try. Would recommend. Thank you Karen
