Description
Location, location, location! One of the best locations in Hilton Head resort. Steps from the outdoor pool and beach boardwalk. Our ocean facing, remodeled villa (1101) is a first floor, corner unit in building one and is the closest to the outdoor pool and beach boardwalk that traverses a scenic tidal wetland to the private beach. Look out the kitchen or guest bedroom window to see the pool. Go out the sliding patio door to the private screened-in balcony and enjoy a panoramic view of the pond, tidal marsh and boardwalk to the beach. You CAN’T GET CLOSER to the pool and newly resurfaced beach boardwalk within the resort. Many owners and tenants in other buildings actually drive their cars to go to the beach boardwalk. At our Villa, the beach boardwalk is right outside our building! Look at our reviews! If you don't want to make the short walk across the boardwalk to the beach, you can catch a ride on the free shuttle. Beach access is private and, since our beach is surrounded by natural barriers that restrict access from other areas on the beach, it is essentially private as well. This property has access to a private beach, which will remain open during the public beach closures Our tastefully decorated, remodeled two bedroom, two bath villa is located in the Hilton Head (Four Seasons) Resort. Our villa features comfortable furniture, tile floors, wall mounted Roku smart TV, new smart TV in master bedroom, free WiFi, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances and newly remodeled bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, glass shower-doors and custom vanities with quartz sink countertops in both bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there are twin beds in the guest bedroom. There are laundry facilities on the second and fourth floor of the building. The resort also features an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna in building 2-great on rainy days. If you get hungry and don't feel like cooking, you can eat at Coco's Bar and Restaurant on the beach or at the outdoor pool bar/restaurant near the pool or at one of the many great restaurants on the island. Hilton Head Island is a golfer's paradise and is home to more than 20 world class golf courses - most are public . Palmetto Dunes is next door and offers three of the best courses on the island according to golf digest. Close to Shelter Cove Towne Centre, Hilton Head's premier waterside destination with upscale dining and shopping. Don’t want to drive, you can take the free trolley to many places on the island. The photos are actual pictures and not real estate "glamour shots". This Villa is our Hilton Head home away from home and not used exclusively as a rental unit. Our rental philosophy is to provide vacation accommodations that exceed expectations.

“Anniversary Done Right!”
