It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professional designed and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.

THE SPACE

Situated on the top floor with uninterrupted south facing views over Lake Cay. You can relax on the furnished lanai with a cocktail and watch sunsets and the fireworks at Sea World. The spacious open-plan, loft style living room features a cozy area to comfortably seat everyone with a 65" smart TV. We have an open gourmet kitchen with granite worktops and top of the line kitchen appliances to whip up a snack or feast, plus a handy breakfast bar for 3. We offer the most beautiful dining room, perfect for a relaxing evening with family or friends or a romantic dinner for 2.

BED & BATH

You will love the sumptuous king-sized leather bed, 60" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and huge en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub and large walk in shower. The guest wing includes two bedrooms featuring a king room plus a double double room with upgraded hybrid mattresses, Smart TVs and quality linens. All bedrooms have overhead fans. The separate family bathroom has a large walk in shower.

LOCATION

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?
