Casa Capricho is a charming vacation home located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, offering a comfortable and cozy design with spectacular sea views from its own terrace. You will fall in love with its proximity to the lively main avenue, Avenida de las Playas, the stunning Playa Grande, and all the entertainment options in the area. It's perfect for enjoying days at the beach and having fun. Additionally, we have a reliable fiber optic WiFi connection with speeds of approximately 200 Mbps, making it the ideal place for remote work from home.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and high-quality toiletries (gel/shampoo and moisturizer dispensers). The living room features a 47" screen, satellite TV with channels in English and throughout Europe, as well as WiFi access. You'll also find a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment has a furnished terrace that includes an outdoor shower area.

Air Conditioning:

We provide a courtesy credit in the air conditioning coin meter.

Once this credit is used up, you have the option to refill the meter with coins in euros, following the instructions on the device.

The house has a security alarm system connected to Securitas Direct. This does not compromise the privacy of our guests, as it is activated only in the event of unauthorized entry to the property.

Puerto del Carmen is the primary tourist destination in Lanzarote, offering over 6 km of beaches with calm waters, perfect for diving. Along the coastline, you'll find an avenue with a wide variety of tourist services, shops, stores, cafes, and restaurants.

WELCOME: To enhance your stay, we provide bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Upon arrival, you'll find our courtesy amenity kit with shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion dispensers, as well as a welcome package in the kitchen with essentials like water, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, and more. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, feel free to contact us to inquire about availability and associated fees.

CAR RENTAL: We highly recommend reserving a rental car before your arrival in Lanzarote to explore the island at your own pace. How do damage deposits work?
