Description
Built at the beginning of the eighties, it was restored in 2019. Warm colours characterise the house, as well as natural wood furnishings which match the beams on the ceiling.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a view over the sea and the heated private swimming pool. The living room contains sofas and a flat-screen Satellite TV with a DVD player. This floor also has a dining room and a well equipped kitchen.
The bedroom area on the ground floor is is separated by a door which leads to the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a wonderful view both over the garden and over the sea). The bedroom area also has a small separate toilet with a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; a larger one with two single beds which can be turned into a double bed, and a smaller with two single beds. Both have a balcony overlooking the sea, they share one bathroom with a bath, and an independent entrance from the garden.
Airco annex heater in each room.
The Villa is located within 100 meters of the famous top level restaurant El Molino Blanco and within 500 meters of both the family water park and the brand new Siam Park.

“Villa Alegria Tenerife”
This was our 2nd visit to villa Alegria and it was even better than the first time we stayed, it has everything we needed and more and the pool was lovely to lay around and relax and take in the amazing views. The Villa itself was was immaculately clean, very spacious, comfortable and has the Spanish feel that we love. The location is great, a ten minute stroll down into San Eugenio where there’s lots of shops bars and a great supermarket. We would definitely recommend staying here, the owner Peter is very accommodating. Looking forward to returning soon Christine Godley, England

“Amazing villa in a fantastic location”
I can only echo all the other reviews. The booking was very straight forward with Peter (the owner) telephoning once the booking was confirmed, which was very reassuring. The taxi from the airport was approx 20 mins and 25 euros. As advised Anna and Samuel were waiting at the villa when we arrived. The villa is extremely spacious and has everything needed for a great holiday. The outside area is amazing with outstanding views. The whole villa is very well looked after. There really is no need for a car unless you want to explore the island. Everything needed for a great holiday is within walking distance. The villa is situated in the san Eugenio area with Restaurants and bars beginning within a 5/10 minute walk and continuing along the promenade. The lively playa de las America’s approx 20 minute stroll along the promenade past lots of bars and eateries or playa puerto colon a 20 minute stroll in the other direction again past lots of bars and eateries. A complementary bus leaves from outside hotel hibiscus a few times a day to jungle park and Siam park. Supermarket a 5 min walk away in the san Eugenio centre. Overall an amazing villa in a fantastic location.
