This is a beautifully just renovated 3rd floor condo on the ocean front just one block from both the Marriot Hotel and Larcomar, Miraflores' most exclusive area. Three bedroom apartment has hardwood floors in living, bedroom and hall areas. Luxury kitchen with all modern kitchenware and stainless steel accesories. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed. Apartment is located in luxury building complex which has 24hr doorman and parking. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, LCD TV, phone and radio are all provided. Fast internet is available at an additional cost. Comfortably accomodates up to 6 people. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and paragliders. Will rent with everything included for days, weeks or months.

How do damage deposits work?
