Just opened up Jan 5 to 31, 2023 as I as owner cancelled my vacation. Welcome to this 5 star furnished gorgeous 3 - bedroom and 2-bathroom.This stunning home features a very private totally fenced newly resurfaced swimming pool with plenty of seating in the living room, 55" new LED TV, new 40” LED TV and a LED TV for the kids room, free high-speed internet, Roku TV, phone, and a private nature view from the back yard. The front of the house has a double car driveway. It is conveniently located in the "Crescent Lakes" community and has a patrolled security, and is just 20 minutes to downtown Disney and10-15 minutes away to restaurants at the 192 hwy.

This private pool villa is very roomy and furnished with quality luxury furniture and professionally decorated. The villa has a large master en-suite bathroom with a Pier One king-size bed and its own walk out to the private pool area. The master bedroom also includes a large walk in private closet with a tall chest of drawers. The second bedroom has an elegant queen sleigh bed and a double closet. The third guest room features sleeping for 2 people and is decorated in a Tommy Bahama theme and includes has a double closet. There is a comfy and spacious living room with beautiful modern decor, 55" LED TV. The dining room area features a rustic table and there are 2 extra bar stools, plus a cozy kitchenette area for romantic dining. There is a walk in laundry room with new front loader washer and dryer, and a fully accessorized kitchen with new high end stainless steel appliances and all cooking accessories for your cooking needs. Just bring your food. All towels and linens are included in each of the 2 full size bathrooms and all bedrooms. An open concept of this home is great for the whole family having the master bedroom on one side and two other bedrooms on the other side, therefore giving the adults some quiet time. All the rooms in the home have ceiling fans to provide an extra comfort for your stay as well air conditioning if needed.
An abundance of attractions locally await you and they are a very easy drive to all. All the shopping and outlet malls and awesome restaurants are conveniently located on Hwy.192 just minutes away. The Crescent Lakes community has a basketball court, tennis and playground equipment. Crescent Lakes is also adjacent to a nature reserve and is surrounded by a conservation area. There is abundant wildlife in the vicinity such a cranes and other exotic birds and deer. As the name suggests, Crescent Lakes is inundated with small lakes, which are all well stocked with fish and interesting wildlife.
