This modern apartment is professionally decorated by an Italian designer with high and design quality furniture and accesories, like the famous “ball chair”, cristal chandeliers, original Italian paintings and a magnific mosaico and European carpets.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, offering 2 full bathrooms.

The living room is full of light all day thanks to his favorable position and the large window. Every detail is thought to make it a very relaxing room, perfect to inspire your evening witty conversation about the events of the day. In this area you will also find the dining table which will comfortably seat four guests.

The kitchen is new and completely equipped with everything you would find in your own home with top of the range products including refrigerator, microwave, wash and dry machine, cooker, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, pots and pans, wine glasses, design dishes, glasses, cutlery, teapot, kettler, jug with filter so you can drink water from the faucett, etc...any chef would feel at home here.

The area is very safe even at night because there are several fighters and police officers who control the many banks that are just a few meters from the building.

There is a parking lot in the building, available upon request and for an extra fee.

Response from the owner Im so sorry for the inconvenient on the check in, but i didnt charge you the cleaning fee ad recompensation and i offer you aswell a chest of fruit. There is also cofee maker avaible not only espresso one.
