Description

Cozy and quiet cottage in Eastham. Short walk to the bay, and to freshwater pond (Wiley Park), which has swimming beach as well as walking trails and playground. Bike ride or short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore.

2 bedrooms, large four seasons sunroom, one and a half bath. Private yard with hammock, charcoal grill and plenty of room for yard games.

This is a well-loved, family-owned vacation cottage. We hope you have the chance to fall in love with this area and make lasting memories of your own, just as we have!

Please note: Traditional summer rental schedule, available for one week periods from Saturday to Saturday. Guests provide their own linens and towels.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
