Description

Vacation cottage with addition of large sunroom and half bath. This cottage is perfect for those wanting some extra space indoors, and who love being at the Cape. Short walk to the bay, and to freshwater pond (Wiley Park), which has swimming beach as well as walking trails and playground.

Large private yard includes hammock and raspberry patch (ripe in July). Weber charcoal grill available. Two old but quite usable bicycles are available for guests to use.

Short ride to bike trail, and to Arnold's Seafood Restaurant/Ice cream...an Eastham favorite! A little longer bike ride to theVisitor Center and bike trail to Coastguard beach.

We have addressed the concerns in our latest reviews, and are planning to have a new cleaning service.

Owners are off-site but a property manager is available. Please let us know right away if you have any concerns; we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and will do all that we can to that end. Entry is by a key kept in a lock-box. The combination to the lockbox is sent when the deposit is received. We have included nearby areas of interest in our welcome packet, but we love the Cape, and are happy to answer any further questions!

“Slice of heaven”

Great little cottege very spacious and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood on a dirt road. Did not have to deal with traffic at all unless we ventured out of Eastham. Nice restaurants with in 5 min drive and we could walk to kingsbury beach in 5 min without being run over.once to the beach you will notice its prett much yours not many people to deal with and water is bath warm. Low tide with miles of sand was great for our 3 year old to run and play. Also with in 5 min walk is GreatPond a fresh water beach with warm clear water and a playground. Had a wonderful week will definitely be back. Never staying in a motel again.

We had a wonderful time on vacation in this house. It was spacious and sunny and the yard was huge. Location was perfect walking distance to bay beach and fresh water pond. Also close driving to all of the fun in Eastham. The owners were super helpful with all my questions....and I often repeated questions and asked a lot. Thanks for a great vacation. Sharon

How do damage deposits work?
