OYSTER POND AT CHATHAM consists of 32 privately owned townhomes set on 17.5 acres on beautiful Oyster Pond in Chatham, Cape Cod, Massachussetts.
This is a stunning four bedroom, four and a half bath spacious end-unit townhouse with spectacular views of Oyster Pond. Unit 25 is the largest condominium in the complex. Four well-appointed bedrooms (including a 1st floor king master and a 2nd floor king master), plus four and a half baths. Easily sleeps eight.
First floor master has a king bed, second floor master bedroom has a king bed; other two bedrooms include two full beds, and two twin beds.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, plus seating for up to ten at the dining room table. Spacious and comfortable sunken living room/dining room has sofas, chairs, TV, and DVD.
Outdoors includes a pretty brick patio complete with barbeque, tables and chairs.
Convenient laundry room is complete with new Whirlpool Duet front-loading washer/dryer.
Each have picturesque views of Oyster Pond and plenty of open space.
Amenities include: Heated swimming pool, tennis; shuffleboard, patios, fully appointed kitchens, washer & dryer, gas grill, cable TV, full central air conditioning and heating, wireless internet, and more.
